It was just a proper fit for a weekend trip in Panguitch with reasonable price. The bar was closed but the room itself was a decent basic setup for the nights. Bring your own snacks if you can.

A Memorable Stay Amidst Natural Beauty!
The peaceful lakeview from our room was breathtaking! Early morning walks by the water rejuvenated us. While dining options were limited, the nearby town had charming eateries. Don’t miss the stunning sunset views! Ensure to pack snacks for your stay. A perfect spot for nature lovers!

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, tv. I still remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first visit. Highly recommend it!

Cozy room with scenic views. restaurant closed during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Sept 25closed facilities
On the downside, facilities were mostly closed after Labor Day, which meant no restaurant or bar services available during our visit. Our room lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator or microwave, making it less convenient, especially when dining options required an 18-mile drive to the nearest town. Additionally, the air conditioning was notably absent, leading to warm rooms that weren't ideal for restful sleep.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious living area, perfect for our family with the newborn. The location is a gem, just a short drive to Brian Head Ski Resort, making it easy to access skiing and all sorts of outdoor activities.
My wife says that the parking situation could be better for families. It was quite tricky to find adequate space due to other guests.

Avoid this disaster for group travelers
This place is all but closed down. We relied on what they advertised-restaurant and bar. Instead, we ended up forfeiting our money and had to drive to another town. It was beyond frustrating.
It definitely wasn't cheap, but that didn't matter when we had to leave.

Couple Avoid this one
The location is fine. They have boat rentals right there. we took a little boat out and it was fun, made the stay a bit better, you know?
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable, like a necessary evil.

Not so great experience
We booked this place for a quick getaway but didn’t get what we expected. Richard, the owner, was super rude when we tried to cancel due to a medical issue, and honestly, the vibe just felt off. The room was okay, but the lack of communication about cancellation fees was a bummer. The lake view was nice, tho!

The spot was close to Brian Head Ski Resort, which was awesome for skiing. We also checked out the beautiful lake nearby. The rooms were cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the amenities might not be as advertised, so be prepared for some basic accommodations.
One thing to note, the restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, which felt disappointing since we expected to have access to dining options.
