On the downside, facilities were mostly closed after Labor Day, which meant no restaurant or bar services available during our visit. Our room lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator or microwave, making it less convenient, especially when dining options required an 18-mile drive to the nearest town. Additionally, the air conditioning was notably absent, leading to warm rooms that weren't ideal for restful sleep.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious living area, perfect for our family with the newborn. The location is a gem, just a short drive to Brian Head Ski Resort, making it easy to access skiing and all sorts of outdoor activities.

My wife says that the parking situation could be better for families. It was quite tricky to find adequate space due to other guests.

This place is all but closed down. We relied on what they advertised-restaurant and bar. Instead, we ended up forfeiting our money and had to drive to another town. It was beyond frustrating.

The location is fine. They have boat rentals right there. we took a little boat out and it was fun, made the stay a bit better, you know?
